The assistant Mohammed was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bed that we purchased. We will definitely be back thanks to Mohammed.

All staff polite and knowledgeable. Explained what we wanted and we was advised on the best products ( bed and mattress) Always smiling and understanding. Added bonus of free delivery and fitting

We were approached by a member of staff as soon as my wife and I entered the store. He was of good appearance polite and then went on to help us from start to finish even bringing us a hot drink. He seemed to have a good working knowledge of the products he was selling but we never felt any kind of pressure selling was going on. All in all a pleasant experience.

i just got what I wanted

Knowledgable and friendly staff who gave us chance to look round the store before approaching us to ask if they could help. Personally don't like stores where staff pounce on you the moment you walk in....makes me want to walk right back out again! Fortunately never experienced this in this store Products and prices easy to understand and felt we were given a fantastic deal on our purchase.

The staff member Mohammed was very helpful with our needs. Took time to evaluate our choice, them came up with a suggestion of how to fill our order, by giving us more for our money, and more storage space for our bedroom too. ( we did decline the offer of a coffee though)
