Friendly and helpful staff. Spent time with me making sure I was getting what I needed for how I sleep even what pillows I should be using. Sorting out pricing with coffee was good.

Assistant was friendly, helpful and not pushy. Threw in free pillows to seal the deal without being asked. What more can you ask for?

Availability of desired product and payment options.

I was looking for a specific item which was not available, but the staff member showed me the replacement item which suited my requirement. The staff were competent, friendly (we were given tea while we were waiting) and what they promised, happened. The delivery was carried out by experienced, capable gentlemen in the time slot they had agreed.

Very helpful, friendly ,knowledgeable staff, not too 'pushy' which is something that makes me walk out of a store. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and ordering was very simple and quick, also like the fact that your new bed can be assembled for you and the old one disposed of. Would definitely recommend Dreams to my friends.

We entered the stores made eye contact with an assistant, Debbie who promptly came over to us. Debbie seemed happy to show us thebpriducts but I didn't feel she was over bearing. The whole experience took around 15 minutes from discussing our requirements to purchasing, which is perfect for my partner as he doesn't like fuss and he doesn't like shopping! We were offered anloveky cup of coffee too and left to finish our drinks even though the transaction was complete. Two other members of staff were too very friendly, chatting to my baby son.

A very easy pleasant shopping experience throughout.
