We had a very informative and friendly experience Mohammed at the middle Brook , Bolton was brilliant. Helped us with the price were he could and explained all options when purchasing our bed, mattress and pillows. We felt no pressure to purchase which made us more comfortable to do so.

We were looking for a replacement mattress and were met by a very personable assistant, Eve, who made good progress in assessing our needs. She identified varying alternatives for us to sample and gave us ample opportunity to try and to sample the various types of available products. She gave great service, ensuring we were given a pillow whilst we tried the mattresses and even supplied us with a delicious cup of coffee. We had a very pleasant conversation with Eve whilst she processed our order, which had a delivery planned sooner than anticipated (5 days from placing the order). Turned out that it was Eve's birthday, so we wished her well. Pity she had to work on her birthday, many progressive companies insist that there employees are given their birthday off. Perhaps this is something Dreams could instigate??

Good customer service and the staff took the time to explain the products available. Whilst not being to pushy and offered information that we hadn't thought of and gave us time to discuss and consider our options

Lyn was fantastic. She explained all options available to me and showed me the best beds for my daughter. Without trying to be pushy or giving me the hard sell.

Your store assistant (Lyn) was a delight, very knowledgable on so many products and took a lot of time explaining and showing us all the different types of ottomans that we were looking for. She also gave us many options when we told her about the problems we had with the room we wanted the item in. We left your shop and went to other stores and before we left she told us that they would price match on similar items in other stores. Other stores were more expensive and we returned. We felt very welcome once again and Lyn offered us pillows, duvets once our order was placed. I asked about finance and she explained all the ins and outs before we signed on the dotted line. She went through all the paperwork clearly and thoroughly. A very stress free enjoyable experience.
