Excellent service in store. Very relaxed atmosphere didn't not feel awkward trying all the different beds.

We were attended to by Safraz who was informative,helpful and efficient in helping us to determine which product was appropriate.Ordering was simple and quick. The product was delivered on time four days later ,put in the room where we wanted it and the old mattress taken away as requested by Damo and Tom who were very pleasant and very efficient and tidy .

Debbie was very attentive to our needs and personally very professional

The sales team and, in particular, the individual salesman who dealt with our order at your Horwich Middlbrooke showroom were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and provided valuable advice which greatly assisted our choice of mattress. It was a very pleasant shopping experience - genuinely friendly and very efficient. Text communications confirming delivery details were also very helpful. The two-man delivery team arrived spot-on time and were again very helpful Overall excellent service.

We were greeted as we walked through the door. The sales assistant showed us the range of items that were suitable and left us to inspect and browse the goods independently. Once we were satisfied we had selected our purchase, another assistant swiftly assisted us to purchase the goods. There was no need to hunt through the store or queue at a till despite the store being very busy that day. 10/10!

I did not feel under any kind of pressure from the person who attended to our inquiry and I was impressed by h[s pleasant attitude and personality.

The sales assitant Howard was extremely helpful and knowledgable, he spent a lot of time discussing the different options and did not make me feel under any pressure to buy there and then.
