Debbie was very friendly and greeted us on arrival but she did not pester us. She offered advice when asked but was not pushy or overbearing.

we liked the presentation of the goods on display and the customer service was first class.

Saf the salesman who attended to our needs was first class. His product knowledge was bar non and at no time were we put under any pressure to make a purchase. To me this is the quality of staff that makes future purchases an easy decision to decide where to buy from. Our time in store was very friendly and we were made a mug of coffee while Saf explained all the details of our purchase to be sure we are very happy. The purchase of our bed is very important to us because I am disabled and require the features that the bed gives us and I now look forward to many hours of quality sleep.

All the staff were very friendly on our arrival into the store. We explained we would like to just look around first and they were happy to let us do that whilst also saying they would be ready to assist us when we were ready. As a result we spoke briefly to all 3 staff who each had information to give us. We decided that we would definitely be purchasing a mattress and at that point we were assisted by Martin on our final decision. He offered us drinks and provided an extra pillow for my wife to use as she tested out several beds. Despite taking quite a while to choose he was very patient,helpful and informative helping us to choose the right mattress. All 3 staff are a credit to the store.

No pushy salesman. Have dealt with Saf before and found him most helpful. 40 night return policy very good idea. Also interest free credit is also a good option.

I was given advice by a gentleman called Saf at the middle room branch in Bolton, I had my 2 year old and disabled mother with me and he took his time and answered all my questions and showed me the products explaining them too me. His customer service skills were great and it would definitely make me return thank you
