Both my wife and I hate feeling pressured whilst purchasing household items we both felt very much at ease at Dreams, Saf the gentleman who saw to us was pleasant and helpful without us feeling irritated in anyway

Shopping at Dreams was a dream no sales pitch good advice when needed and left to make our minds up.

I was looked after by Saf - he was very helpful, clearly knew his products. However, there was no pressure placed upon me to rush my decision or 'hard sell' which I appreciate. I am very easily put off purchasing products if I feel that I am being pressurised into making a decision to buy. A very positive experience.
