GONE INTO THE STORE NOT REALLY KNOWING WHAT I WANTED.THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME WITH MY CHOICE OF MATTRESS.BEEN MEANING TO CHANGE MY OLD MATTRESS FOR AGES GLAD I WENT INTO THE STORE

No problems, got what I wanted, well served by staff member, who was helpful and had good product knowledge. Unlikely to shop at that particular Dreams store purely because I was only in Bolton for the day and wold normally use a more local store

Immediately assisted on entering the store. All mattress options explained. Given time to try the mattresses and once I had decided checkout was very fast. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

very helpful staff soon found the correct bed we were looking for tried it no problem then placed the order with a fair deal just hope the delivery and other service go to plan

Mo was very friendly and not too pushy which was a refreshing change, he had good product knowledge and helped us find the perfect bed.
