Tony was very helpfull,he explained everything that i needed to know.He wasn't pushy,He was lovely.

After describing our needs to the assistant, we were shown a variety of mattresses which we both lay on. Thee assistant provided us with pillows to suit our requirements. The pillows were Tempur, one soft and one firm. We tried out several Tempur mattresses, all different thicknesses and hardness. Both us have back problems and we required a soft mattress. After comparing the Tempur Cloud to the Tempur Cloud Deluxe, we decided to purchase the Tempur Cloud Deluxe 27 D Mattress. We also bought the two Tempur pillows. Throughout the whole demonstration the assistant was very knowledgeable on each mattress we tried and also engaged us in pleasant conversation. Both of us were very impressed with the way Howard conducted himself, displayed his knowledge and was very easy to talk to. We would heartily recommend Dreams and Howard to our family and friends.

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. We were shown a variety of mattresses which met our requirements and invited to lay on them all to help our decision.

As soon as we entered the store we were approached and asked what we were looking for we got help choosing the right mattress we went in for we were shown more than one we tried a few mattresses and they guided us to the right one

The sales lady was lovely, she was helpful without mithering. She spoke to us, gave us information and let us discuss things without hanging around . I have not received my delivery date, however, been advised approx 4 weeks, therefore I could not comment on delivery time.

WE were aware of the type of item we were looking for but needed expert advise, we got this right away and we were very impressed

The assistant was very helpful & listened to our needs . He advised my wife & myself with his great knowledge.
