Excellent service with knowlegeable staff and very friendly

I have recently had major spinal surgery and the staff were very understanding and helpful, as it isn't easy for me to be trying lots of beds/mattresses and it was essential that we got the purchase right. We purchased our previous bed from Dreams only just over 3 years ago but my needs have since changed and also my late mother purchased her bed from Dreams too so that why we returned again.

Saf was brilliant, identified our requirements showed and demonstrared ghe options and the prices. Whilst attentive he did not crowd us, he allowed us time to cinsidr whilst always been to hand. Fantastic service, plesure to do business, will reccomend and come back. Thank you.

Cusromer care and knowledge of products

The Assistant Eve provided good service letting us try the different types of mattresses , coffee and hot chocolate were provided; free pillows and bedding were offered as part of the deal , good discount given

All expectations were met, product information was clear, the assistant was most attentive and extremely pleasant.

It was made very easy for me to view and test products without feeling pressurised to buy. The friendliness of staff, not just the member of staff serving me, was very warm and welcoming.

Lady was so helpful and patient.

We came looking for something specific (something as close to the mattress we ordered from you 8 years ago) and the assistant (Eve) helped us to locate this as speedily as possible (with a range of different price options).

The friendliness, approachability and knowledge of the store assistant who served us was first class.
