Very helpful sales assistant(Debbie At Middlebrook Bolton ) explained all beds from soft to firm ask how we sleep listen to both myself and husband and advised us on which mattress would be suitable for both our needs

Showroom was warm, we were made very welcome. Unlimited access to try beds, comfortable and calm environment to try beds. Excellent colleague made the whole experience excellent. Delivery on time, prompt and pleased they wore overshoes. Coffee at showroom a nice touch.

We found the staff extremely friendly. We felt comfortable enough to try all beds and wonder round as we pleased, we visited 6 different bed stores before we made the purchase with you and in other stores we were hounded by sales staff. In your dreams store we were asked what we wanted and directed to the place we needed to be but then left to make up our own minds and it was fantastic! We were very satisfied with the delivery times as in previous store it could of been a 5 week wait. Also everything was easy to understand and order. We really enjoyed our vist and will definatley be back! Infact i think my parents are coming to visit you soon!

Free hot chocolate and welcoming staff, i don't feel pressured to buy and wasn't followed​ around like the other shops.

As my wife and I walked into the store on Middlebrook, Bolton, we were welcomed by Saf, store assistant, and he was a great help to us throughout the purchase of the the wardrobes we were purchasing. I asked him if he could measure the top dimension of the wardrobe so we could return home to measure our bedroom prior to purchase to make sure they would fit. He went off and returned with steps , and took the measurements we required ( very helpful ). When we returned to the store to make the purchase, Saf, the sales assistant was on his lunch break, however, he broke off his lunch to help. Saf did a great job for us.

Found our Dream bed and didn't think we could afford it. Sarfraz gave us lots of options to enable us to buy our dream bed (with a TV!) He made it affordable for us and his product knowledge was outstanding. We didn't feel rushed or under any pressure. Offered drinks and we're made to feel very comfortable. Our new bed was reduced the next day and Sarfraz sorted that out for us the next day, managing to keep our original delivery date. Thank you!

Friendly knowledgeable assistance who took time to understand my requirements. Friendly but not overbearing.

Cheapest deal I could find, price matched. Staff tried to ensure price match which wasn't easy for them.
