The Sales person was extremely knowledgeable of the products available and listened to what I was interested in and what would suit me best

We came to dreams for our first visit, we had already seen a bed in another store that we thought we were set on. The range and service in Dreams changed our minds and also changed the tone of our day. We were immediately greeted by Debra who escorted us around the store finding out exactly what we were looking for and our budget. Her knowledge was outstanding. Once we found the bed we wanted for the affordable price, another man who specialised in the electrical technology came to introduce us to the system. He had a great sense of humour and was actually very funny! (So sorry we didnt catch your name!). We were able to apply our military discount at no extra fuss (not all stores do that). The order was speedy and we left, knowing all the nitty gritty information, with the bed of our Dreams :)

Eve the lady who served us was very friendly, tried lots of beds, informed me on prices and sorted the delivery and soon as possible, a very nice lady XX

We were able to look at a range of different products with valuable advice and guidance from the store assistant, but most importantly without ever feeling pressured into making a decision. We were offered the space and service we appreciate. All assistants in the store were friendly and were clearly keen to look after the customers needs. The process of placing an order was quick and efficient. We will definitely be back - thank you!

I had seen an offer online but couldn't remember the name of the mattress. The assistant greeted me as soon as I entered and took me to one it could have been, it wasn't that one but the second one I was shown. She explained that she was in the process of changing the prices on some of the mattresses (it was first thing in the morning) and after checking on the computer, confirmed this was he mattress I had seen online. Delivery was available the next week and she recommended a pillow pack to qualify me for free delivery. The service was very efficient.
