We found the whole visit a pleasure ,our salesman Mohammed was very helpful didn't rush us at all and even made us a drink .

The service we received from the young male assistant was first class. In fact I would go as far as to say it was the best service I have ever had. He could not help us enough, and all his advice was excellent.

I thought the staff were friendly,easy to talk to and not to pushy. They allowed you to browse but also were nearby when you needed to ask a question. They were even happy for me to look at other shops on the retail park before making my decision, upon return they were straight over to me and even remembered what bed we were looking at. The product looks good quality at a reasonable price. I was allowed to pick a date to suit me. I was well informed about the delivery process. they more than happy to give us refreshemnets while we went through the whole process. Would definatley recommend this store to friends and family in future. Thanks again.

Your staff member called EVE was one of the best customer service person we have EVER been served by,her personality and great customer service was second to none,if all your staff were as friendly and helpful as Eve it would be very pleasant to shop in your dreams stores,we bought the bed and mattress and bedside furniture ....went and did some shopping ,bought Eve a little gift 🎁 and took it back to the shop for her as we were so impressed....

Dreams was our first store that we visited and it turned out be the last because due to the very warm welcome from the staff, particularly Mohammed who with his infectious smile and convincing knowledge of beds a deal was agreed and we placed our order. A real big thank you to Mohammed for his courtesy and professionalism, we would recommend Dreams store at Horwich to anyone.
