Found the kids area easily, whilst we was browsing we were approached by a friendly staff member who checked if we needed any help in which we did, he helped us with our queries, not only did he help us he was very friendly and seemed happy to be there which is rare in retail.

The assistant was very helpful, listened to our reasons for wanting the bed, our likes and dislikes and then advised us accordingly. There was no attempt made to coerce us into paying more than we were prepared to, but we were given good advice about which mattress was most suitable for our needs

The sales assistant was very helpful, told us all we wanted to know. Was impressed with the products available.

Informative friendly & efficient sevice

On entering the Middlebrook Bolton store we were instantly greeted in a very friendly manner and was advised that if we needed any assistance that it was no trouble and if I needed any help or assistance I only had to ask. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided a comfortable visit to the store which resulted in my purchase. Debra and Joy offered myself and my carer a drink which was very nice of them and explained the different bed and mattress ratings and comfort levels and also explained different comfort levels for my specific needs and requirement. I felt very comfortable and relaxed and did not feel pressured into making a purchase and there was no hard sales just very helpful polite and curtious. I would highly recommend this store to family and friends and would definitely return to make further purchases.

Very friendly and professional staff (Saf) Felt like he really knew his stuff. Great selection of mattresses to choose from.

The sales college Saf was on his own and was friendly and helpful. Also he had good knowledge and listened to our needs. He was not pushy or over the top with sales patter he was just right for the job and I would recommend my family and friends to shop at Dreams especially with Saf. Kath Stokes.

from entering the store, one of the assistants Lyn (middlebrook store) came straight to us and was very friendly, and made us feel welcome, she had brilliant knowledge of the products, and was extremley helpful at explainging the different types of matresses, me and my partner got offered refreshments which was nice, and we wasn't made to feel rushed into making a decision, or pushed to purchase a product out of budget, which we told Lyn we had, so all in all, we are very happy with our purchase and from the service we recieved, would definatley return he again thanks
