we were let down by another company(dunelm) so decided to take a look on line , then called into store to take a look at the bed and received a nice surprise with an ex display model for half price . alround good attentive service .

I went to the Bolton store ( middlebrook ) Ben came to ask if he could help, he then took me to see the beds and encrouged me to try the mattress explain about the different combination in each mattress. He left me to try the mattress in my own time after asking if I want a drink and saying to shout if I needed any more information. When I had made my choice he them took all my details and booked a date for delivery. I told the manger of the store I was pleased with the service and time Ben had given to my time in the store.

After explaining my disabilities to the assistant, she made sure that what I was looking for would suit my needs. Not only she advise me on what type of mattress I would need, she asked on what type of bed i had and after finding the mattress that would suit me, she then moved that mattress onto another bed that is similar to the one I have in my home so I could lie down on the mattress to see how I feel. Not only that she then went on to provide me with Anti Allergen Duvet and Pillows off her own accord when I informed her of my asthma. The date of delivery is not too long away just enough time to sort out things at home! 5* service

The assistant was very friendly and made me feel really comfortable and took his time.

the assistant in the store was pleasant and helpful as soon as we entered the store she was very knowledgeable but not pushy and we were very impressed.She made us a drink while we decided and the order was done quickly and the choice of delivery excellent.

Dreams were recommended to me by my daughter who recently bought a bed from you. She has been highly delighted with it and it was the first thing she showed me when I entered the shop. The assistance, Debbie I believe, attended to me straightaway and offered me the benefit of her knowledge of the mattresses and what I particularly liked about her was that she wasnt trying to sell me the highest priced, she just ran through the mattresses which she thought would be suitable for my needs but added I could choose any one I wanted. I went with her recommendation as I trusted her implicitly from the moment she started to help me. I told her I needed storage and she showed me the fantastic bed I ordered and I am highly delighted. She also gave me a choice of delivery dates and advised me that I could have my bed assembled and also the old one recycled. Amazing! It is worth paying the fee just to get it out of the way. Can't wait for it to be delivered and am looking forward to great nights sleeping.

Good customer experience in store

informed staff what we wanted, was advised on our options by friendly knowledgeable young man. led through the sale in an efficient manner. bought exactly what we needed at a price we were happy with. informed what the on sale items there was in the store. delivery will be held as we are having maintenance work done on the house at the moment, no problems with that. advised us on the return/replacement policy if not happy and option for maintaining the mattress which we did not want.

GREAT STAFF - DIDN'T DRIVE US MAD WHILST WE WERE LOOKING AROUND AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL DURING THE SALES PROCESS
