Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. No hard sell .

The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly and everything was sorted really quickly

Really enjoyed the analysis and then the recommendations for a bed. Deb took us round the beds, good knowledge of the beds. She then gave us space to try beds and decide. Bed was available the next week.

When we arrived in store we were greeted by Peter and asked if we required any help. We werent to sure what we were looking for and Peter suggested we try out a machine that reccomends what products would be best for us. He talked us through and offered us drinks whilst we discussed our options. We didnt feel rushed or forced into a purchase. The experience was great and when were next in the market we will 100% come back to Dreams.

Staff (Gemma) were polite and helpful. No pushy sales even when we left to look around before returning. Excellent knowledge of products.

Dawn helped us with not only which mattress we needed but also showed us a range of mattresses at different prices.

From the moment we, my husband and daughter was with me, entered the store we were approached by a very nice happy friendly girl called Dawn. She gave us her full attention throughout the time we were there. My husband and I were buying a king size bed and my daughter was buying a small double and Dawn gave us the best options for both. We left Dreams very Happy and looking forward to getting our new beds.

The lady that served us was outstanding. I think her name was Debbie. She was phenomenal, not pushy, more than happy to help and is honestly the main reason the visit was so easy and pleasant.
