Excellent customer service and a wide range of products to test

The customer service we received from Saf was absolutely fantastic. We came into your store and he asked if he could be of assistance, we explained what we wanted and he showed us several products then left us to talk without being intrusive. When we had seen the product we wanted he showed us several different mattresses explaining the difference between each one. We then explained that we wanted to go and see what offers where in a competitive store and Saf was not pushy in us staying at your store. We went to the other store and felt very pressured and uncomfortable, my husband walked out and I left not long after, the assistant there got my name wrong several times in approximately 10 minutes. We went back to your store and Saf was again very polite and friendly, he even remembered my name. You should be very proud of you staff and I think Saf deserves recognition for the service he provided.

One of the best customer service experience i have had in my life. A warm welcome from debra made us feel relaxed and later in offered a hot chocolate which was amazing. All the staff that day were pleasant and never felt rushed or under pressure which u normally do in big ticket retailers. I was educated about sleeping which was very helpfull. I will recommend to all!!

mohammed was very helpful, taking to time to take us around all the different matrasses until we found the one we were happy with. He was extremely friendly and professional and went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met and we were happy with our purchases.

Very good friendly staff, left my wife and I alone to look around. Only came over to ask if we needed assistance she (Debra) was available.. we looked at beds we wanted and Debra kindly provided all the information we required.
