The Lyn, lady who helped us with purchase was very helpful. We visited the shop several timespecially before making a the final purchase and each time she was very patient with us no matter how many questions we asked! She is a credit to your store and would definitely make me visit again.

The sales assistant Sam was very helpful, informative and welcoming.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the product was reasonably priced, good quality and the delivery date was fitted around what suited me best.

Extremely helpful staff from the moment I walked in. Super friendly and full of knowledge, and especially helpful to my needs as this was my first time purchasing a bed and mattress. The store was clean an bright and had so much choice! I was offered a drink on numerous occasions. Didn't feel pressured at all, just very comfortable and happy with my purchases.

Saf was very good, made us feel welcome without being 'pushy'. Listened to our requirements and recommended which beds we should try. Processed the order and gave us a good choice of delivery dates. For now we will have to wait to see how good the follow-up is for the delivery. Saf is obviously a good ambassador for the 'Dreams' brand and I think that he should pursue a career in sales.

I was approached by Tony who established what I was looking for in terms of the type of mattress and who this was for and he pointed me in the right direction and explained the colour coding system, he then left me to browse and make my decision, which was fantastic. Tony processed my order, he was patient, explained what I asked of him and nothing was too much trouble overall for him. He was extremely helpful, friendly and an absolute credit to Dreams.
