Dreams - Middlebrook

The product knowledge of the Dreams staff was exceptional. We really feel like we have purchased the bed which is just right for us. Never realised there was so much to choosing a bed, they even advised us on pillows according to our preferred way of sleeping.

Excellent knowledge of Debra who was helpful without being intrusive or pushy

The gentleman who served us, Saf, was excellent as was the support he was given by collleagues.

The Dreams staff (Lyn) was of great help. She gave us plenty of choice, and information of the products we were looking for. She also gave us time to think about our decision. When we went through the paperwork she was helpful in explaining each step of the way and offer my partner and I a cofee (as did the other members of staff)

The shop assistant named Sam was very helpful indeed and he listened to what i requuired. Would deffo ask for Sam again if i was to return to the Bolton Store

The assistant "Lyn" was friendly, professional and had a good knowledge base in explaining the bed and it's operation and the selection of a mattress. The shopping experience was good and I would recommend the store to others

I was greeted by the sales assistant and she offer me a drink. She told me to take as much time as I liked trying out the different beds and not to rush getting up to move onto the next bed. She provided me with a nice plumed pillow on each bed i tried. Service was wonderful, she was very friendly and any questions I had she was able to answer.

Debbie was more than helpful with all my queries and didn't try to force anything. Very happy overall
