I was given the information that i needed the staff was helpful and knowledgeable and I was satisfied that I knew enough about the mattress and bed before placing my order

We were very pleased with our visit to the store. All the staff we spoke to were welcoming, friendly and pleasant. We were served by Sam who was knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions.

The sales person was very quick to help although i had done my own research online and went in store with exactly what i wanted. Didnt need much help other than placing the actual order

Eve was excellent - she made us a drink whilst she went through the order and broke it down so that it was extremely clear to what was being paid, when it was being paid and for how long.

It was a really easy and quick purchase! The member of staff advised based on what we said about storage and tried a couple of mattresses to help reach our right one "bish bash bosh" ordered paid and delivered within 5 days - perfect!! Looking forward to our first nights sleep tonight!
