Checked all the bed shops and the ONLY reason we bought from you was the salesman San at Middlebrook

Mohammed was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. He provided us with pillows straightaway and offered us a drink. He listened to our requirements and gave a variety of options to suit our needs. He also had a sense of humour!

The woman who served us (Debbie) listened to what we needed and advised us accordingly. She was clearly very knowledgeable and was lovely the whole way through the process. There was no pressure on us when we walked in but assistance when we needed it

SAM AT THE BOLTON STORE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY DURING OUR VISIT

Greeted with a smile and friendly service. children were felt welcomed and happy to be able to try the beds. being left alone for a while whilst we looked around then being approached again for that extra information if needed.

Howard was incredibly helpful and he worked hard to find the right Mattress for us in the budget we had set. He offered us refreshments and was incredibly courteous to our daughter who was unsurprisingly excited about entering a shop floor full of beds to try out.

Mohammed the store assistant delivered first class customer service . Nothing was to much trouble very pleasant, knowledgeable about your products. would defintley recomend to friends and family
