Sam was very helpful finding me a products within my budget.

We were assisted in our choice by a very knowledgeable sales named Mohammed He was very sociable and knowledgeable about the products. Nothing was too much trouble!e for him We where offered tea or coffee during the sale and even bought two new pillows at that price you could not afford not to we would highly recommend dreams to anyone and we will definitely use again if the need arises As we are pensioners though this. might. not be necessary Dreams are really good value for money Russell &Joyce

Outstanding customer service and product knowledge. The sales lady was extremely helpful and listened very carefully to my requirements. I am extremely pleased with the bed I have chosen and matching headboard. Fantastic service and excellent value. I also purchased a protector to look after my very comfortable bed. I might be back soon to purchase a superior quality pillow which I tested on the day!

The assistance we received when entering the store was excellent the staff were all very helpful.Debbie served us and then when we returned to order Lyn sorted out the finance we were highly satisfied with the service which was provided.x

I was served by debra and mohammed at the bolton store. They where very helpfull and was having a laugh with me and my girlfriend. Offered us drinks and having a good chat about what bed we like etc the service was easily 10/10 and i will come back.

The colleague Mohammad was very friendly. I have 2 slipped discs in my back and he was very knowledgeable in a variety of matressess sutible for mine and my Husbands needs .

I received helpful and clear advice on the various products I considered to allow me to make a decision on which bed was best for my requirements. The assistant was friendly and nothing was too much trouble to make me feel comfortable and at ease with discussing my needs. I was also offered a drink whilst I browsed and thought about my options. There was no pressure but there were service enhancements offered at discount to encourage additional purchases which were helpful and taken. Mohammed was very pleasant and easy to talk to allowing me to come to my final decision fairly quickly.
