Dreams - Middlebrook

We bought the product we were looking for and the shop assistant was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get us a good deal and understood our needs.

Everything was sorted in a short space of time from going into the shop to purchasing the mattress to leaving the store. The girl who served us knew what she was talking about and was very friendly and very efficient.

We were helped throughout by the Store Manager (I believe he was called Tony from the Middlebrook store in Bolton) We were looking for a mattress but didn't know the first place to start. He methodically took the time to help us try out different mattresses to get a feel for what we liked and didn't like. He managed to make a mundane task fun, and he definitely did this quicker than we could have done it on our own (but also never made us feel rushed). His product knowledge throughout was amazing. The result was that we ended up with a mattress and pillows that suit our needs. What surprised us the most was that the mattress he helped us to choose was actually offered EXCELLENT value for money - which proves he wasn't just trying to upsell us the most expensive mattress in the store for the sake of it. I'd definitely recommend Dreams to anyone and also would definitely commend the staff at the Middlebrook store for a job well done.

Eve our assistant was very patient, nothing was too much trouble. Fully explained the products and was able to match them to our specific needs. Took the time to quote on different products to enable us to make an informed decision. Provided cool drinks as it was a very hot day, recommended suitable pillows so that we get maximum afffect from the new bed. Advised that we are able to take out 8 year cover to give us peace of mind as we were unsure about the pulley system in the ottoman. We also benefitted from the 10% discount which was an added bonus. Delivery dates were given before the sale was completed which we were pleased about as it gives us plenty of time to prepare the room.

I was expetionally satisfied by the service from the Dreams store at Middlebrook, Horwich that I visited today. I was greeted by a sales assistant Lynn and she was accomadating from start to finish ensuring that I was dealt with accordingly and providing me with what I asked for. Great service I would highly recommend the store to family and friends as I was under no pressure and was able to browse the store at ease unlike other furniture stores.

Everything we wanted to buy was available, the salesman (Sarfraz) was extremely helpful and explained everything completely. An excellent customer service was provided.

The assistant showed me a range of mattresses that would fit my requirements, nothing was to much trouble for him.

Assistant quickly available, shown the different choices of matresses really quickly. Delivery process explained efficiently. I thought the removal of the old mattress quite expensive.

My wife, Carole visited yesterday, and Mohammed was very helpful. I went back with her today, and Mohammed was serving another client, so Tony introduced himself, and after answering our enquiries let us look around. When we were looking for further advice Tony was with another client, and Sam asked if he could help, and helped us from there. All three, and in fact the other colleague in the store all seemed to work well together, and their friendly manner and lack of any pressure on us made us very comfortable, as did the beds and pillows we tried! We've actually ordered a bed which is a new line, and isn't in store yet, [we viewed on line]. but we assume the quality will be excellent.

On entering the the store i was approached in a frienly manner, the assitstant was not pushy and answered all of the questions in an honest uncomplicated manner putting me totally at ease. He offered me a drink which i accepted and began to take me through all of the mattress options after asking many questions to pinpoint which matress was good for my needs. After showing me the option i was then left for a moment to decide which i prefer. After trying them i was then offered a different option which was slightly more expensive but which suited my needs more which i accepted. Although the salesman was quite young he was very knowledegable and mature in his approach and i would recommend very highly to anybody.
