The lady who served me was great! Super quick and efficient whilst also very friendly and understanding.

Very friendly and formative. Not pushy re wanting the sale which I find infuriating. Coffee offered which by the way was very nice coffee.

The products were well laid out and labelled with all the information we needed. Additionally Sam was very knowledgeable about all the products and knew exactly when to stay with us and when to leave us alone.

The Assistant was attentive but not overbearing. Her product knowledge was excellent which gave us the opportunity to make an informed choice.

We were given no nonsense details/ information based on our requirements. We would never normally buy this type of product on our first visit, but because of the great customer service in-store we felt comfortable to place an order right away. Providing the product delivers on the in-store promises, we will be coming back and recommending Dreams to others.

Myself and my partner where very satisfied with both the Bolton Middlebrook store and our store assistant Sam. From the moment we walked in Sam greeted us and asked if we needed any help. Sam was very efficient and was very experienced and gave us exactly what we asked for, for a great price. He provided pillows to try the bed out and offered us a drink. We then had a look around on our own for a few minutes whilst Sam dealt with another customer. During this time all the other staff members offered to help and offered drinks. We feel that the process was very easy, we felt we were not pressured into the purchase as many sales people normally do. Overall very satisifed and very happy with the bed.
