We were greeted by Sam - with a smile - who explained the differences in the beds. Showed us the various beds encouraged us to lay on the bed - placed a new pillow on the mattress, answered all our questions re delivery, taking our old bed away etc. Then left us to wonder around. He was attentive but not over selling. We were offered coffee. We said we would like to go and think about it. He did not pressure us into making our mind up at all.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Dreams because I feel that Sam gave my Partner and I a good deal and he was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything as it should be, not pressured to buy. Was greeted at the door, offered a pillow to try out the beds and even offered a drink. Unfortunately no alcohol was on offer :)
