On visiting the shop was welcomed by Saf who explained everything in professional manner. And give us the best service from start to end.

We received excellent customer service by the manager, assistant manager and customer assistant Debbie it was a pleasure shopping with then they were all very helpful. We had a great shopping experience, hope it carries on through to delivery and assembly of the beds.

From the moment I stepped in the store the staff were very welcoming. Dawn served me and she was very friendly and helpful. She helped me choose the products i needed and then took me through the order. The whole process was quick and easy.

Sheraz was quick to help us and get the right bed for me. He even gave me a discount on a mattress topper. Brilliant service offering us water.

Dawn was amazing, she was really helpful, highly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

We were greeted by a very friendly store assistant called Debra, she helped us to use the sleep analyzer machine and helped us come up with a selection of beds to try, she helped us choose a bed based upon our specific needs and was very knowledgeable about the different beds. We were offered refreshment and the store and staff were very covid conscious and clean

Our sales lady was lovely offered drinks many times, didn’t mind how many questions we asked, didn’t put pressure on us while we browsed but came back to us as soon as we asked her too, so we could ask her more questions sometimes the same questions more than once. Couldn’t have asked for a better sales person really.

Excellent service, seemed very experience regarding mattresses which helped us a lot. So polite and helpful, made the job of choosing a mattress pleasurable.
