The assistant manager debbie served me and she was brilliant. Couldn't do enough to help me.

There was so many bargain s I wasn't pressured into buying or rushed and the assistance I received from Mohammed the young man who served me was so so helpful.

Given time to browse before being approached by a friendly member of staff. She asked about the person who the bed was for (my teenage son) and quickly took us the correct mattress and then divan base. She efficiently put together a package, added on collection of old bed and some items of bedding. Whole process was quick and easy. Had returned to this store following a very successful purchase earlier in the year. Did not disappoint.

Your sales guy Mohammed was fantastic, realy helpful and a really nice guy. He didn't put us under any pressure to buy, was very professional, but also had a great sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble and even when i phoned the next day to change the colour of the base he sorted it out quickly and efficiently and was able to confirm the original delivery date.

Biggest point was the employee who was highly helpful especially when we told we had just moves so have no bed and he sorted us with a loan mattress.

The staff were kind and helpful but not pushy. The lady who helped us answered our questions with knowledge of the products, showed us all the range in the shop and in catalogue but did not make us choose anything then and there. She understood people need time to decide and the products were the quality and price we wanted so we went back.

Your staff at Bolton are a real credit to your company . Not pushy but really helpful and what was pleasing that they actively encouraged us to test potential beds and mattresses so we were 100% satisfied.

We were really well dealt with by SAF in the Middlebrook Store in Horwich, Bolton Answered all of our questions and we left the store having ordered a mattress and two pillows and a cover for the newly purchased mattress. In all an easy experience which would lead me to recommend the Dreams company to others.
