Dreams - Middlebrook

I was really pleased with the service provided by Saf. He was professional, courteous and didn't come across with a hard sell approach, something which tends to put me off from buying. After enquiring what it was that we were looking for, Saf took the time to understand what it was that we wanted, which was a king size bed, headboard and mattress, before explaining to us the layout of the store and where we could find the types of items we were looking for. He didn't follow us around the store all of the time, which was great as it gave my partner and I the chance to have a look without feeling pressurised, however he did come over at regular intervals to encourage us to try different beds and also provided us with the chance to try your Therapur cool pillows, something which we added to our purchase along with a mattress protector. Nothing was too much trouble for Saf, from answering our questions through to demonstrating how to adjust the headboard we were buying. Overall we were extremely happy with the experience at your Middlebrook store and would like to say a big 'Thank You' to Saf for the excellent service he provided.

Brilliant customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable about products. Large store with plenty of choice, was offered tea/coffee.

Sam came to us within minutes of enerering the store. We did have an idea of what we were looking for but his advise & guidance around the store was impeccable! Top sales man had a sales person in his hand! Well done Sam you were great! Only down fall was half hour after completing we received a different email stating outstanding balance when we paid in full & no delivery date?? Hubby spoke with Sam day after all sorted. I would highly recommend Sam & team Dreams Bolton to all. The staff were so friendly providing us with brews & balloons for the kids. Well done guys keep us the good work!!
