The assistant Samual was attentive and helpful but not pushy, the staff shared their personal experience of the tempur matress and he we through all our options. He made us a coffee and let us go off to another bed shop to compare and did product n price comparisons with other stores

We were encouraged to lay down on as many bed's we needed until we found the right mattress. Lyn was very helpful with choosing the correct base. She certainly knew about the products.

Sarfraz was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the tempur experience. He did not rush us.

We were shopping with our two young children looking for a mattress for ourselves. Our eldest child who is 3 was made to feel part of the experience, he was offered a hot chocolate off the employee, as were we, and given a balloon for himself and his sister. He was encouraged to try the mattress himself and we were given fresh pillows each. The employee spoke to each child making our experience so much easier as the children were entertained and not bored.

I was served by Debbie employee no 140 and she was delightful friendly knowledgeable and totally professional in the way she served myself and my husband. Her product knowledge was second to none and we felt completely confident with the purchase of a bed and mattress with her help. We would definitely recommend her and Dreams.

The sales assistant can over to help us straight away. Her knowledge was very good and the order went without a problem. Delivery was excellent with the 2 hour delivery window and the delivery team were very friendly. The bed is also excellent.

Great service off Tony and Mo. We went back after a day to place the order. I am sure their service helped to choose them over other stores!
