From walking in the store I was made to feel welcome but not pressured, Lyn was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products in particular the mattresses.Tracie asked if she could stand by with the sale as she was training which was not a problem. Overall I had a great experience. Thankyou. Excuse the pun but it was a DREAM to shop in the store

The staff were excellent, we were dealt with by a gentleman called Samual. He was courteous and friendly, offering drinks and answering any questions we had.

Tony, Lynn and Sam were all very helpful & gave me great advice. They went above and beyond to match a price given to me for a like for like product at one of your competitors. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

Debbie at the middlebrook Horwich store was brilliant. She welcomed us to the store and checked our knowledge of the beds on offer, before explaining the layout of the store and then helping us with different options and complete the order. Will definitely be visiting again!
