Dreams - Middlebrook

Was assisted by a lovely guy called Sam. He was very knowledgeable and was very friendly. He was very sympathetic to my needs as I told him about my back problems. Very patient and did not rush us at all.

Very efficient staff

I first visited furniture village to purchase a bed and left thinking about it but was a bit baffled with the information given by them and walked past dreams and then thought il just have a look in. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the selection of beds available. It was easy to narrow it down from the information given to decide what we wanted. I almost bought another bed I whilst on site for our other room but will be returning for one after my holidays without drought. Very easy compared to furniture village and very competitive on price and quality. Thanks to Sam at Middlebrook Bolton

The staff were really friendly, there was no waiting around and we were given all the information we needed or asked for.

The welcome given to both myself and my son was fantastic (my son is in a wheelchair) Tracie the lady in store made us both feel welcome and relaxed. The knowledge that Tracie had was great as she was a new employee this is great shows what good understanding of the training she had received - please pass on my thanks to Tracie.

With good knowledge of different mattresses we were given a great understanding of our different options available. All of our questions were answered very well indeed.

The woman who dealt with us (eve) was extremely knowledgeable. We went in with no idea what we wanted and she made us test every bed until we knew what we wanted. She advised us pros and cons of each product so we made an informed decision on what was best for us.

I was given time with no pressure to make my decision. Came back to the store the following day having made my decision. Saw the same salesman. I found him very personable and helpful.
