The staff were friendly and did not hassle when we were walking around the store. Once we had chosen a bed we liked, we went over to the lady called Debbie who talked us through the quality of the product and gave us the best possible price for us. Very happy with the whole experience

We went to Bolton to visit a computer shop and ended up spending nearly £1000 on a mattress. We just called in Dreams because we parked near by. As soon as we walked in Tracie approached us to ask if we needed any help. I explained that we were not happy with our mattress and knew nothing about them we’d obviously made a mistake with the last purchase. Tracie talked to us about the different types of mattresses and showed us the difference between the sprung ones explained about the ones containing gel .. this was a whole new world to us and a lot to take in. At no time did we feel pressurised infact we left the store and went to another well know bed store because we wanted to see what else was on offer. We felt the service we got there was nothing compared to the service Tracie provided us with. We returned to Dreams and saw Tracie again she immediately came to us and even though we’d spent time lying on the beds earlier she told us to try them again to make sure we were going to purchase the right one for us. The whole experience was a pleasure we felt we were with a friend not a pushy sales assistant. Thank you Tracie for spending time with us and explaining everything to us.

We were given a coffee when we arrived, all the mattresses were colour coded making shopping really easy. Also no one hassled us, we were left to shop without pressure but the second we needed assistance someone was there. The assistant also knew exactly what we were looking for in a mattress and also found us some pillows!

As I explain3d in the problem answer.... It was a pleasant change not to have been pressurised into making a purchase but to be given the chance to buy once I had made sure it would fit. The salesman and the store manager remained very polite and friendly throughout my time in the store which is why I ultimately returned the next day to make the purchase.

When we walked into the store we were quickly greeted by Sheraz who was very helpful and polite without being pushy. He spent time listening to our needs and recommended a few mattresses to try. When we had made our selection he checked stocks and advised that there was a cancelled order in stock which he could sell to us at a reduced price. We took him up on the offer and he processed the order quickly and has also arranged to take away our existing mattress at no extra cost.
