We were well looked after by Sheraz. As soon as we entered the store we were put at ease with a brew and the time to wander and look at the products. He was never too far away if we had a question but he also didn't push us to make a quick purchase. He advised on the different types of bed bases and matress'. He made us feel completely comfortable and didn't apply any pressure. He also made sure we got the best deal he could to secure the bed we wanted. His upselling was highly successful. Both me and my partner came away having purchased a bed better than we thought our budget can buy and the delivery time is much quicker than we expected. Couldn't fault the shop or the products.

Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer and how to get the best for our budget. He was kind and courteous.

Store assistant understood immediately what we wanted and his knowledge was excellent. Purchase transaction was seamless.

On our anitial visit we spoke to Samual who was very polite and accommodating and knew his stuff whilst providing us with a quote. Unfortunately he was not in today but lyn and the other members of staff again were very accommodating and provided a friendly and efficient service. Thank you and well done.
