The lady that assisted us was called Eve from the Middlebrook bolton store. She was excellent and really knew her stuff. She was patient too whilst we moved house.

First I visited the store at Middlebrook Retail Park to view the beds, then I called the store and placed the order, each time Lyn was extremely helpful and directed me firstly to the correct bed for my needs and then in actually placing the order and discussing the best delivery date for myself.
