I came in a week ago and Eve helped us. She was very patient while I tested all the different mattresses and didnt "oversell" which I liked.

I had the very nice pleasure of being assisted with all my needs including a cup of tea with the lovely Pete in your Middlebrook store. His knowledge of all the products I purchased was of great interest as It steered me to choose my purchases much more quickly. I was also made aware of the products on offer which I duly purchased in addition. A very warm and friendly guy I have to say. Made my sales run smoothly!!!

The staff member Saf was knowledgable, friendly and accommodating. He helped us find a bed and mattress to suit us.

My wife and I were looking for beds, we were at a point where we understood the product we wanted. Sheraz was the sales-assistant, he was polite and helpful completely avoiding the hard-sell store based sales-person approach so common in other shops. He knew the products, the why's and where-fore's and made an upsell out of the process with us. All the time polite, patient to have us try alternatives and accompaniments to the bed, event when the sale had been agreed. After years of working with sales people, I can tell you, this guy has so much potential. A pleasure to deal with. I really hope you share this feedback with him and your management team. our visit was really to get an idea of mattresses and how they felt. We thought that most likely we would not be able to find what we wanted for our budget. However your colleague was most helpful and although our budget was relatively low he managed to find us the right fit. we ended up with a nicer bed and better mattress than we had planned to buy elsewhere. It was also easily delivered and made the whole buying process easier than had we bought the bed elsewhere. So glad we came in and that the colleague Pete took the time to help us. Much appreciated.
