Dreams - Middlebrook

My fiance and I went into Dreams not really sure on what we wanted or what we could get. After moments Pete approached us, he immediately began asking us questions which helped us to narrow down our search and find the perfect mattress for us. He spent the time with us showing us a range of mattresses and encouraging us to try them out. His friendly approachable manner and great knowledge of the stock led us to buying the perfect matress. We have recently been into many furniture shops after buying our home and this is by far the best customer service we have recieved.

As soon as i walked someone was there to greet. all information was provided by the sales team. Very clean, staff was helpful offered a drink... all the facillities were available i would give 10/10

The service received from the manager and sales person Sheraz was second to none. The managers knowledge was fantastic and we didn’t feel pressured into buying a mattress we could not afford. Very knowledgeable and honest. Thank you very much.

As we were unsure about which type of mattress to purchase we found that the Sarfraz was extremely helpful in assisting us to make our choice. He explained the different options and left us to look around and test different ones without being pushy.

Sheraz was very friendly on entering the store and took us straight to the product required. He spent time with us and we never felt pressured to buy. He also then offered us a discount and freebies which was a nice touch.

I walked into dreams because I heard that it is the leading U.K. Mattress specialist, my ears did not decieve me. As soon as I walked in to Dreams at middle brook retail park Bolton, I was welcomed in the most friendliest way. Dreams colleague Saf was most helpful, finding a bed for me that suited my BMI and budget. He gave me all the time I needed to think decide which top of the range mattress I wanted. I mentioned to Saf that I would like to get a headboard today but unfortunately I was on a tight budget so I couldn't. Saf emphasised my situation and included a head board with my divan set for a more suitable price. I was so thrilled to have a high quality double divan and head board bed set to match my budget. To top my experience off I was even made a nice cup of teas whilst my payment and documentation was being processed. 10 out of 10 experience, my customer expectataion was certainly exceeded.

Having popped into Dreams at Middlebrook, Bolton/Horwich to enquire about replacing a double mattress, we quickly realised that the better solution to our various sleep issues was to replace our bed with a new king sized bed. The help we were offered put us at our ease and we were able to try different styles,heights,density of beds in an unhurried way. Our assistant, Lyn, was excellent and we have already recommended Dreams to friends based on our experience. We went home to reassess the size and spoke to Lyn on the telephone to make the purchase, and later re-visited the store to complete the finance paperwork with Pete, who was equally helpful. On both our visits we were offered coffee/tea (very welcome) and all that is now needed is for the bed to arrive on the specified day (Dec 21st) as, if this is delayed, our intention to accommodate family for Christmas will be seriously affected!
