Dreams - Middlebrook

With had a small extension done downstairs in our house with not a lot of space. So were looking for a sofa bed ... which would allow us to use the room as a sitting - office room but also as a bedroom in case our small grandchildren or we had extra guests. When your promotional leaflet came through the door ... we looked at this particular sofa- looked perfect and hence we visited the shop following day. We did all measurements etc and the Sales lady- Lyn was very helpful- pull the sofa as a bed and how a single draw fits .... Everything was perfect and agreed to buy and go ahead ....Lyn was very good in looking after us and we look forward to delivery on 22nd January 2018. It was simple and no hassle . Thank you . We have just purchased a property and went to dreams for a new bed. We were greeted by Karen Who welcomed us to the store. A lovely lady and a lovely touch. We were offered coffee and the environment was not pressurised and just what we needed. We met Pete who showed us beds and pillows. Peter was very informative and again gave us reassurance we were getting a good deal and were not being ripped off. I had to go back to dreams about the pillow I bought. Nothing was too much for any of the staff. All smiling and happy to help. My father in law as a result of this has been to dreams In Horwich 1 day after us and bought a new mattress. We have worked in customer services jointly over 30 yeArs and you guys and girls have got it spot on. We think you’re ace. Thanks and well done.

I was responding to an advert and the sales assistant Sheraz was able to access the product immediately.

assistant Tracie very helpful & knew the products very well she went the extra mile nothing was to much trouble which makes you want to come back or recommend the store.

We were served by Tony (Store Manager) and Pete (Assistant Manager). Both were very knowledgable, helpful and understanding.

We were seen very quickly by a lovely lady. She had us seated and sorted within minutes and was very friendly. Made the process of spending our money very easy.

Sheraz who 0loked after us was very knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy

Pete (Middlebrook store) was very understanding in our needs and did not pressure us into buying a matress. Also understood that we would look elsewhere and even urged to do so saying we needed to do in order to compare products. He offered us a drink and when we finally settled on a matress was just as polite as when we 1st walked in. He explained everything from start to finish. Top bloke! Cheers Pete.
