I was helped initially by a lady called Karen who listened to what I wanted and helped me in my choice by explaining the features of the various mattresses and the differences between memory foam and Therapur. She has a very nice personality and her desire to help shines through.

Had response to our enquiries dealt with efficiently and with good knowledge of their products. Not rushed and had opportunity to make decision.

Friendly atmosphere, store well laid out. The reason I did not put full marks for price was the sale con on the bed we bought. Burnham 1600 k was half in the sale at 700 pounds however the Burnham 2000 was 20% reduced at 800 pounds. This was a marketing con as you were indicating a lesser bed was actually 400 pounds more expensive than a better bed just to say it was half price. Pointed this out in the shop and they ealised I had worked out a sales ploy. Was this bed ever 1400 pounds? However happy with experience and product we have

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams. This was due to the knowledge and very cheery attitude of the Dreams assistant (Eve) at the store.

I visited one day just to 'sleep around' and try some mattresses out. The member of staff was very informative of my needs and in no way pushy for me to make a purchase that day and I left to do a little more research (I never purchase without research).. returning the next day to actually make my purchase knowing this was right for me
