I was told by Sheraz everything I needed to know about the bed and how it operates. I was impressed I also bought two bedside drawers.

Allowed time to browse without any pressure

Pete was very helpful. I was please that there was no hard sell when we first visited the store in the morning. We later received a follow up call which prompted us to make a decision and return to the store to do the deal.

Everyone was so happy and was focused on you getting the right bed you need.

We approached a member of staff (Tony) for some assistance and he was fantastic! He was patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

From entering to leaving the staff were very helpful and informative about the products,we felt at ease with the way we were treated.

You don’t buy new beds/mattresses very often and we weren’t sure about which of either to buy. Pete was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through the process confidently and politely.

The member of staff Sheraz was highly knowledgeable of the products we required, showed us multiple options that suited our needs and gave honest answers when we asked questions.
