Tony greeted us as we entered the store & was very attentive throughout the visit, without appearing pushy. He came over as very knowledgeable which made us feel confident about the service and products. Excellent sales representative.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Peter fully explained the various products and we were given coffee on arrival. A very good shopping experienpce and we would not hesitate to return to this store.

Pete came over to us and asked if we would like some help or if we wanted time to look round as I knew what I wanted I asked Pete to show me the best for my posture ando to avoid the problems I was experiencing with my old bed and mattress. Pete was very professional, polite and well mannered, he showed me which would be best and I was happy with the price, we sat with Pete and we where offered a cuppa which was very welcomed as it was a chilly day, it took no time at all to sort everything out and delivery date was convenient for us. Pete offered the choice to pay by direct debit which I declined as I was paying for it up front.

The staff had a great knowledge of the different items and encouraged us to try different ones. He wasn't pushy and helped a lot in making the right choice.

The staff especially the sales person Lynn was courteous and knowledgeable of the product we were interested in she was not pushy at all and listened to what we required, excellent service

Shiraz the sales man was very knowledgable and sought to clarify delivery times and product information where our needs were specific. The assistant manager was also very helpful. We bought exactly what we wanted for a price that was acceptable.

Friendly and efficient service

No hassle,advised where to find assistance when needed,all went well,the operative came across as very capable and informative without being too "pushy" as was my experiance in Bensons resulting in me walking out of their store.
