I knew what I was looking for, Saf was great in showing me options within my criteria

We were given help in understanding the products and finding what we wanted without bring pressurised

The assistant on my second visit, Shez, was very helpful in fine tuning my order regarding colour and headboard. He was careful about checking with me the exact nature of my order items and quick on the computer. I was able to choose a delivery date that suited our commitments

Saf was knowledgeable All the staff were friendly and approachable. I will Defo recommend your store

This is a lovely store . well laid out bright airy and with lots of different products. Se were greeted by very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable assistants (Pete). He listened to our requirements and showed us a number of options. We didn't feel rushed or pressurised. a great experience. Thanks

The sales assistant Tracie was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She showed us various options of matresses and gave us plenty of time to try out each one. There was no pressure selling which is the way I like when purchasing any item. She gave us lots of advice to help us make our minds up and described the benefits of each different matress we tried. overall a great shopping experience.

The sales assistant in the store spent a lot of time showing me the different beds and seemed very knowledgeable about the various products.

The salesman Saf was very informative he showed us lots of different options we did not feel pressured into making a purchase and felt the dissition was solely ours.

Shop assistance very friendly and helpful was offered tea or coffee and Tracie couldn't have been more helpful

The store was well laid out with a good selection of products at various price points. We were assisted quickly on arrival but never felt pressured by the sales team. Our personal assistant was excellent. He was patient, knowledgable, and offered excellent advice. While we have not yet received the products we ordered (we ordered 2 mattresses and 3 pillows) we were very happy with our selection amd the sale price meant we bought a mattress that we probably wouldn't have considered at normal price. The interest free credit was useful and sorting this and delivery was quick and simple.
