T lady assistant was most helpful when we asked questions and what pleased us most was in no way did she try to push us into buying a specific product. She answered our questions . The assistants name was Tracie and she left us to make our own decisions without any pressure.

There were several different types of mattresses to inspect. The sales rep gave us plenty of time to sample and ask questions.

Tracie looked after me very well, she explained what went in to each mattress to give me a better understanding as it was a mind field to me at first. A Very pleasant and knowledgeable lady.
