I was given a lot of help and advice from Lyn in the Bolton store which was invaluable. The range of beds to chose from was also good.

Caron the sales person was very efficient and very helpful she made you feel comfortable and not under any pressure to buy she was very knowleable in the products,my wife said that talking to her she felt that she had know her for years,she offered us a cup of tea or or coffee this is the first time in any store that we have been offered one,can’t speak highly enough of Caron validation COde 140,excellent service well done

Sheraz served us during our visit. He was very friendly and approachable. He answered questions well and was informative. We was planning on going to get a price from another store also, but he made us feel secure in buying from dreams so went ahead and made an order. Great service all round and no pressure to buy the most expensive bed.

Very Satisfied customer! we originally went in for a look but we came out with a bed! Sheraz (Bolton middlebrook store) was very good at his job and knew the stock of items very well. We tested out some mattresses and we were generally very impressed. The stock was brilliant and the prices were very good! Very satisfied customers!!!

We were given friendly advice and assistance without ever feeling pressurised into purchasing anything we were not happy about.

This was the first visit to a dreams store for my husband and myself and we were very impressed by the the friendly assistant named Saf who asked what our requirements were and showed us what we were looking for,he was very helpful and we were not hassled as we looked round.A very pleasant experience thanks.

The service and information we were given was excellent. We did not feel pressured in any way to make a purchase and were given ample time to make our decision.

Your colleague Sheraz made himself available when we'd been in the store a minute or so, very unpushy. We were quite specific in our requirements and the products we were guided to were all relevant. It feels a bit weird testing beds but the process was made comfortable by Sherez. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and unpushy. We were given time alone to deliberate, and the whole experience heavily influenced our decision to make the purchase from Dreams.

I was served by Pete today at the Horwich store and from walking in the shop he offered us a drink and asked if we would like any help. He managed to answer all our questions and even offered further help on which pillow suits myself and my fiance. Pete was very polite and professional at all times.
