Good amount of choice and various price ranges. The member of staff who dealt with us was very polite and talked us through all of the dreams ranges.

On entering your store we were greeted by a very friendly assistant called Karen. We told her what we were looking for and she dealt with it in a professional yet friendly manner.When we had chosen the bed we wanted and went to the desk to sort out paperwork,she made us a hot drink which was very welcoming as it was a very cold day.Well done Dreams.

First class customer service skills. The store assistant couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly and listened to what we wanted rather than persuading us to look at more expensive items unlike other stores we visited where we felt hounded at times. It was a pleasure to shop in your store.
