Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store was very clean.

The members of staff were exceptionally friendly, offering assistance as and when needed but also giving us the freedom to venture around the store independently, which sets them apart from some other over bearing stores. The members of staff assisted us by going to the extent of changing the mattress that they recommended to the bed frame in which we wanted to buy, to make sure that we were completely happy with our choice. I would recommend this store to all family and friends. With such lovely staff they make you feel at home and relaxed from the minute you enter the store. A very happy customer and will definitely return when furnishing other bedrooms in the near future.

Fantastic service from Saf instore

We was shown a variety of products by the salesman once we had explained what we had in mind. We bought something that we did not expect but that absolutely ticked all the boxs and met our needs we could not have asked for the person to have more knowledge and he also demonstrated the product and gave full clear explanations and options We were offered drinks he told us about accessories and arranged a delivery date that suited us Great service. Would highly recommend to others

Customer Service assistant helped a lot, was there when we needed him but didn't overcrowd. I felt he knew the products well and explained in detail when we asked him a question.

All staff that dealt with us were very knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills.
