The Store employee was friendly and knowlegable without being overbearing. The time we spent in store was very quick with no delays or problems.

We were served by Karen in the horwich store who was very helpful with knowledge of the products and very friendly to me, my wife and children. It really made the experience a good one. We bought a headboard for my daughter and she was made to feel a bit special and a hot chocolate was nice.

The store is very modern, spacious and light. There are plenty of staff to assist and they are bot pleasant and knowledgeable about the products on offer.

Karen was most helpful and thankfully not pushy, she pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for.
