Pete and kaz at the store in Middlebrook were fantastic. Kaz greeted us and explained things well. She was friendly and down to earth. Pete completed the process and was able to meet all of our needs including purchasing a mattress which we had a discount on. We were given a drink and made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout.

I went in for a mattress and ended up with a hole new bedroom set was very happy with Saf helped us a lot . Didnot realise that are bedroom was so dated thanks to saf brandnew bedroom sweat coming .

Didn't feel pressured into making purchase. But swayed by the assistants knowledge.

Workers took time to show all products, opinions on them and then when sorting finance did eberything to get it sorted

We was highly satisfied because we were made welcome, we was offered a latte or cappuccino, we was not pushed into anything and they was there to help us in anyway and every way they could. I was highly satisfied with the deal I got. They were so friendlier than any where else we have been before and nothing was too much trouble. The name of the staff the helped us was Tracie took us round describing and explaining the beds and Pete all the work at the desk for us. Even the staff that were at the other desks were so very friendly.

Both Karen and Pete were patient and helped me at what was a very stressful time/day - I wasn't well but needed to make a decision on a new mattress on that particular day due to reasons they understood.

Your assistant sharaz was very knowledgeable about the product s his advice was very helpful to us and enabled us to make the right choice.
