We were approached by sheraz within a minute of entering, he was not pushy but helpful leaving us alone when needed and providing drinks even for our young child. He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite without pushy. Exactly how i prefer sales people to be. I'd seen the bed I liked online and it was easy to find main assistance we needed was with mattress. Great overall experience thank you
