Dreams - Middlebrook

Someone offered help as soon as I entered the store. Very relaxed approach and knowledgeable. Pointed me in the right direction and offered to look for clearance mattresses to help with the price.

We were greeted by friendly staff immediately on entering the Dreams shop at Middlebrook, Bolton, Greater Manchester. The very helpful Tracie guided us through any potential confusion when purchasing a new mattress or bed. She listened and understood our needs, displayed a wide knowledge of all the available mattress options and prices and dealt with us with patience, good humour and without any pressure throughout our visit. Tracie and her colleagues at Dreams made the process of making the important decision of choosing a mattress easier, more relaxed and even fun! Impressive customer care and commendable service, thank you!

When we arrived at Dreams in Middlebrook, Bolton, we were assisted by the store manager, Tony. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He discusssed our preferences with us and showed us a number of different mattresses so that we would be able to get a ‘feel’ of what we liked and disliked. We felt no pressure. And Tony allowed us to make our own decision. He merely guided us with his knowledge about each product. We placed an order for a Tempur mattress. We returned to the same store less than a week later so that we could make sure that we had made the right purchase (due to the cost of the product). Again Tony dealt with us. We again felt no pressure and he chatted to us in a very friendly way. Tony again explained the 100 day policy with regard to the Tempur mattress. He suggested that we get it home and test the product. He felt confident that becasue we had loved the Tempur mattress, we had chosen right and that it was an investment because people spend so much time in bed. Tony did however also suggest that we re-look at our 2nd favourite mattress so that we might feel more comfortable with the lower price. We chose the Tempur :)

Lyn who served me was great at explaining just what i was buying and all of the additional costs. She also showed me the many different headboards and was great in helping me make a purchase. The only thing I was concerned over was the delivery timescales.

Saf at the middlebrook store was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly which contributed to the purchase of 2 mattresses .I would highly recommend this store.

I was very happy with my experience at Dreams. The choice of beds and mattresses were great, but the experience and the sale of the bed was solely because of Tracie and how helpful and knowledgeable she was. She did a lovely demo using a tennis ball on the Tempa mattress which was both fun & informative.I have already recommended Dreams to friends and family and will continue to do so.
