Store assistant Karen is the most lovely, professional woman I have dealt with in retail: considering she has only worked in this store for 3 months, I cannot praise her highly enough. She is very much a people person, who is not a pushy seller but genuinely engages with a customer and looks for their needs and not the best sale price. I came in with a very specific product in mind, budget and knew what I wanted after looking on line for some time. I was not pushed into going over my budget, looked a different options in which met my needs and I actually bought a different bed frame to the original I wanted after seeing it in person. I cannot fault this lady, she gave us our own space, a coffee, she knew her products and despite me knowing what I wanted, she took my partners needs into consideration as I had not. We tested several beds, several pillows and she was just fantastic. An absolute asset to the company. I would go back to this store just to be met by her as she knew everything in the store and met all my (our) needs. I now have the perfect bed and budget for working night shifts! Thank you Karen x

Pete @ Middlebrook was very knowledgeable, polite and professional, our decision was made easy, perhaps we spent more than originally planned but if the mattress is too last 8 years then it will be money will spent.

from entering the store we were looked after by a lady called Karen, she was friendly, knowledgable and very bubbly, we purchased a sleigh bed and a med/ firm matress after trying many. Karen spoke about the construction and importance of a good night sleep, her words "if your not in a pair of shoes your in bed so make sure they are both comfortable" she did not come across as a pushy sales person in fact the whole experience was very pleasant, i dont think ive ever laughed or enjoyed a shopping experience so much. Well done Dreams you pick your staff well

WE BOUGHT A BED AND MATTRESSES FROM THIS STORE SOME SIX YEARS AGO, SO IT SEEMED SENSIBLE TO GO BACK TO THE SAME STORE WHERE WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS.

The sales man Pete was very knowledgable and new what my wife wanted. She is very happy with the purchase

All staff were very friendly, not only the floor staff but the security too. We arrived to just look to gain an idea of prices, only to leave with what we wanted. We had 2 young children with us and the staff were very friendly, all od were offered a drink and I noticed even the staff were looking round to make sure our children were safe. Karen was fantastic, she was friendly, approachable, educated us on the different types of mattresses and was just great. She was passionate about what she was explaining and we ended up buying. I had to return to the store the next day and was very warmly greeted, Pete was great. There is clearly communication and great rappour amongst the staff as Pete knew everything that had happened the day before. He was very friendly, I fully enjoyed my experience with store and all the staff I encounter. Very happy with the service I recieved.
