Sheraz who served us at the Horwich store was very helpful but also gave us time on our own to try out the mattresses. He must have been keeping an eye on us from a distance as he always seemed to come back just as we needed to ask something. We are pleased that the store could offer to match your on line offer of 9% off. It suits us to do some initial research at home then come in to store to try the beds out. We would of gone home and ordered on line if they could not of matched the price but it was no problem at all for them to arrange a price match which was impressive. Sheraz offered us a coffee which is a nice touch and he was very knowledgeable, friendly but professional and efficient. The store is clean and attractive. Middlebrook is convenient.
